Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics on public pages for aggregate, cookie-free and anonymous traffic measurement. Plausible does not set tracking cookies for this measurement. It remains active when optional analytics and advertising are declined.

Cloudflare Web Analytics also runs on public pages to collect aggregate page-load and performance measurements without tracking individual visitors. With your Azalea Journey Analytics permission, we use Azalea’s first-party analytics to understand site use and how inquiries progress into charter bookings. Azalea stores a random visitor identifier in your browser’s localStorage and a session identifier and activity time in sessionStorage. Sessions renew after 30 minutes of inactivity.

On public pages, we load the Google tag for Google Ads using advanced Consent Mode. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and analytics storage are denied by default. Until you grant Advertising permission, Google may receive consent-state and measurement signals without advertising cookies. If you grant permission, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to measure and support advertising. We do not send conversion events as part of the current website setup.

Pseudonymous and named records

Before you voluntarily submit an inquiry, analytics events are pseudonymous and are not associated with your name, email address, phone number, or a CRM guest record. After a successful inquiry, we attach the visitor and session identifiers and the relevant prior website journey to the resulting CRM lead. Authorized staff may use that journey to understand the inquiry and assist with a charter request. Aggregated reporting is the default view; named journeys have additional access restrictions.

Information and purposes

Analytics may include landing and exit pages, external referrer and campaign tags, advertising click identifiers, general country, language, device and browser type, page and article views, foreground engagement time, scroll milestones, navigation, feature interactions, contact calls to action, and inquiry-form progression or error categories. We use it to operate and improve the website, understand demand, assess content and campaigns, support inquiries, and measure the booking funnel.

We do not collect field keystrokes or pre-submission field values, raw inquiry messages as behavioral events, passwords, payment credentials, passport or medical information, dietary notes, internal CRM notes, exact mouse coordinates, browser fingerprints, or raw IP-address history through our analytics systems.

Processing and retention

Cloudflare provides our website hosting, edge processing, database, security, and aggregate Web Analytics. Plausible provides anonymous website traffic measurement. When Advertising is permitted, Google processes information through the Google Ads tag under Google’s applicable privacy terms. Raw events in Azalea’s first-party analytics are retained for 13 months. Aggregated first-party reports are retained for 36 months. Lead-linked journeys are retained for 24 months after the last sales activity, unless legal or booking-record requirements require longer. Legitimate inquiry, contract, payment, and booking records follow their applicable retention periods.

Your choices

Azalea Journey Analytics and Advertising are off until you make a choice. Use “Privacy Settings” in the footer at any time to change either category. Withdrawing Azalea Journey Analytics stops future first-party journey collection and removes Azalea analytics visitor, session, and queued-event data from this browser. Plausible and Cloudflare’s aggregate anonymous measurement remain active. Your selection is stored until you change it or clear your browser data in the azalea_privacy_v1 preference. Changing a preference does not automatically delete an inquiry or booking record. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information where applicable; we may need to retain records required for a contract, legal obligation, or legitimate business purpose.
