Syrah, Trivento Tribu  - Mendoza

Ruby red, aroma of black pepper , plum and berries, a palafate of velvety tannins pleasant and balanced finish. Suitable for beef, lamb and spicy dishes.

Shiraz, JJ McWilliams - Southeastern Australia

Smooth, medium to full-bodied, ruby colour, nose of eucalyptus, black currant and vanilla. Dry, juicy fruit flavors. Suitable for beef and lamb and creamy sauces.

 

Partizan Shiraz McLaren Vale - South Australia Slightly tannic yet bright and spicy with a hint of pepper. Dark brooding Shiraz with that typical McLaren spicy hot finish. Suitable for lamb, red meat dishes and roasted pork.

Crozes Hermitage, "Les Jalets" Paul Jaboulet - Rhone Valley

Full bodied with a spicy black fruit character, balanced by elegant, silky tannins. Suitable for roasts, red meat.

Cavalchina, Bardolino Chiaretto DOC – Veneto

Bright fruit, lively acidity and deft light tannins. Very refreshing wine suited for hearty soups, pasta dishes, fast grilled or fried meat and light stews.

Intense colour. A fruity aroma of cherries and a round, velvety body. Suited for Italian dishes and Mediterranean cuisine.

20 months in barrels aged, complex,spicy nose with intense black fruit. Great structure, elegant, fresh with long finish. Suited for roasted meat, games and hard cheese.
